Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 ½ cups of flour (all-purpose or whole wheat)
- ½ cup sugar (or your preferred sweetener)
- 1 egg (or flaxseed substitute for vegan)
- ⅓ cup cannabis-infused butter (dose depending on your tolerance)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- A dash of cinnamon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 175°C).
- Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and infused butter in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon if you like a bit of spice.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- It’s super moist and delicious, plus it pairs amazingly with a cup of coffee or tea.
